
NAMPA Idaho (CBS2) — UPDATE: Nampa Police have charged Justino Morales Ramos with second degree murder in the death of a Nampa woman found dead in her apartment on Monday.

UPDATE: On Wednesday, just after 1 a.m., Caldwell Police arrested 29-year-old Justino Morales Ramos.
Ramos was a person of interest in a homicide in a Nampa apartment in the 1800 block of 1st St. N., reported to police on Monday.
Caldwell Police were led to Ramos after a tip came in from a woman who said she picked up Ramos at a business in Caldwell and offered him shelter.
After seeing a photo of Ramos in the media, she realized the person she picked up was the person of interest concerning the homicide in Nampa and called the police.
Caldwell Police arrived and detained Ramos without incident or force. He is currently being charged with failure to report a death.

Nampa Police are looking for a person of interest in the homicide of a Nampa woman found dead in her apartment.

Police said he's a Hispanic male, 5’05”, 140 pounds, brown eyes, and brown hair, and a tattoo of Jesus' face on his left forearm.
They also said he should be considered dangerous and he may act erratically so do not approach him, just report seeing him.
