BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Boise Police report that a man and woman have been arrested for conspiracy to commit murder early Monday morning.
Boise Police responded to a call for service some time around 2:15 am. A man and a woman, identified as 24-year-old Rachel Young from Eagle, and 34-year-old Andrew Larson from Marsing, were standing outside the callers front door and believed to be armed.
Young and Larson apparently knew the man inside the home and BPD report that there have allegedly been previous threats towards him. Responding officers saw a vehicle leaving the residence as they responded and initiated a traffic stop.
Young and Larson had multiple firearms inside the vehicle when they were pulled over. BPD report that the evidence indicates the two suspects had conspired to drive to Boise with the intention to kill the victim.
